In our programs at AGA we are trying to develop pride in oneself and one's accomplishments, whether that is competing at a national level, attaining a college scholarship, or accomplishing a long sought after skill. We hope to teach our gymnasts life skills such as the love of physical activities and fitness, dedication to a goal, organization of time, and the development of values like perseverance, good sportsmanship, concern for fellow teammates, and problem solving techniques.
Services
Arnold's Gymnastics Academy was established in May of 1996 by Cynthia Arnold. We began in a one-story, 3,000 square foot building. A year later we moved into our second location, a 6,000 square foot facility, doubling our enrollment. Finally, in 2004 we moved into our current location, a 12,000 square foot building with a seperate preschool gym, a dance studio and a ninja area.
Your child's scheduled make-up must be completed within thirty (30) days of the missed lesson. Make-up classes can be scheduled in another class as long as there is space available. You must sign up for make-up classes in the office at least one day prior to your make-up day. Only students who have scheduled make-ups ahead of time will be allowed to participate.
Parent / Tot is offered to children 18 months to 3.5 years old. The parent will accompany their child into the gym for class. Different activities will be set up throuighout the gym for you to lead you child through. Activies focus on large and small motor skills, hand eye coordination, and body and spacial awareness.
Our Preschool program is for children from 3 to 5 years old. They work on goal setting, hand-eye coordination, listening skills, large motor skills and fine motor skills, all in a gymnastics setting. They will also learn basic gymnastics skills and vocabulary. We use all four evernts, bars, beam, floor and vault, as well as tumble track in our instruction.
Our Blue class is a one hour beginner class, and it is based on ability, rather than by age. Your child must be at least 6 years old to join a Blue Class. In this level we try to stress the importance of listening and goal setting, and emphasize a love of physical activity. Some of the skills your gymnast would be working on could include handstands, cartwheels, backbends, pullovers and backhip circles.

I hate that I had to put one star because they deserve nothing. Worst people to deal with, all what they care about is collecting money. They have kids teaching kids and yet charging like professional schools. My daughter level dropped remarkably when she joined this school. Customer service is horrible and it is all about how much they can get money from you. Please think twice before deciding to send your kid there

I can not say enough about Arnold's! They are a small family run business and the 2 sisters who own Arnold's are phenomenal. The coaching staff is kind, caring, dedicated and knowledgeable. My 12 year old is a competitive gymnasts and has been at Arnold's since she was 6. She deals with some mental toughness issues, as many competitive gymnasts do, and the coaching staff is always there to help and create new ways to approach things for her. I also bring my niece to their rec classes and she loves it. She's learned focus, listening and many gymnastics skills here. Arnold's is our 2nd home.

Fantastic gymnastics facility. My kids have been coming here for a few years now, and it has been a wonderful experience for them. They have an excellent staff that provides safe and quality gymnastics training for kids of all ages and abilities. The gym is clean and well maintained, and rates were very reasonable. My kids have learned so much and love going to gymnastics!
