When I first saw Dr. Heid, the pain I was experiencing went from my lower back and into my leg. It was very uncomfortable and painful. I was hesitant and, honestly nervous to see a chiropractor. Dr. Heid was very professional and kind enough to explain the entire process to me. He helped me to understand the benefits of seeing a chiropractor and made me feel relaxed during the entire process.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt when I first called and your front office rep, Jennifer hung up. I called again and Jennifer picked up the phone, asked me to hold but "hung up" on me instead. I called for the third time thinking maybe she's unaware, new -- thinking positive intentions on my side and when she asked that I be placed on hold, I tried to inform her that she was not placing me on hold but hanging up on me instead, I was greeted with being cut off and hung up on for the third time.
