I absolutely love B Beautiful Med Spa! The employees are very efficient and always pleasant to talk to. Appointments are a very quick process and scheduling appointments is never difficult. Shayna, one of the technicians is wonderful and always makes sure each customer is comfortable while also informing all safety requirements before the treatment. I would definitely recommend her if planning on starting treatments. Overall, this place is amazing!!

I got a peel and hydrafacial done here and loved the results!! The esthetician was the sweetest lady ever. I also got my underarm laser done here and each appointment was very quick yet thorough. More importantly, I no longer have any more underarm hair so that takes away the pain of shaving :-D All the people I’ve met here are professional, very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would do again.

Terrible customer service!! Tried to book an appointment and the business manager was very rude!! I even thought she was a new associate, but she said she was the business manager. First I thought it was a miscommunication, but then she was very clear that my request to check a different date was taking her time and she didn’t need my business.

Purchased a Groupon for 3 laser hair removal sessions and had a great experience here. Appointments were easy to make and always started on time. I could see a difference after only one appointment, and even though it's definitely not fun to get it done, the ladies are fast and try to distract you from the pain. Love not having to shave my legs all the time!
