Life Choices offers a safe, supportive environment so you can explore all your options and plan your future. We are fully committed to providing you with medically accurate, evidence-based education concerning reproductive and sexual health issues. All our services are free and confidential and available to anyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin or disability.
Every year in the U.S. there are an estimated 20 million new STD infections and nearly half of all new STD cases occur in people ages 15 to 24. Anyone who is sexually active is at risk for contracting an STD. Condoms reduce the risk for contracting some STDs, but they do not provide full protection.
Many of the people who are infected don't experience any symptoms, so they may not know they have an STI or STD. They pose a particular risk to the health of women, as both can result in infertility if left untreated. Testing doesn't have to be scary. We provide a safe, private, non-judgmental place and make the process as easy and comfortable as possible.
Our nurses are available for free medical consultations regarding your reproductive health. Pregnant patients may be eligible for a limited obstetrical ultrasound to confirm gestational age and the presence of a viable, intrauterine pregnancy. An ultrasound is needed to rule out a miscarriage in progress or an ectopic pregnancy and can also determine costs and options prior to an abortion.

We provide free lab-grade pregnancy testing and if needed, a diagnostic ultrasound which is the best way to 100% confirm whether you are pregnant or not. When my husband and I found out we were pregnant, I didn't have insurance. We couldn't begin prenatal care anywhere without a pregnancy confirmation. Life Choices was able to get us in and worked around both our work schedules. We instantly felt safe when we walked in! I was so nervous and excited, and my husband had no idea what to think. The staff helped put us at ease right away. We were given resources for what to do next, and we were even able to schedule our first ultrasound before we left! All of their services were FREE. Life Choices is a great place to go when the unexpected happens. They have been serving the community for over 30 years! All of their services are free! They are really nice and not judgmental people that are well trained. The clinic provides pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, STD testing (for men and women), parenting classes and more. The place is nice and is organized and clean! It’s a safe place to go if you want answers to ALL of your questions. They are respectful and answer any questions truthfully. This is the best place to go when you don’t know what to do!

Life choices is a wonderful place to go when expecting. The classes helped me feel more prepared n understand more of what life changes r about to happen. I loved being able to pick out clothes blankets n toys I need from their small shop after attending their classes. I am now a proud graduate of their program n enjoyed every minute.
