Absentee lawyer. You’ll hear from him one week and then nothing for weeks! When you do hear from him again, you’ll repeat yourself from previous conversations and get charged again for it. Seems to side with opposing council and doesn’t go to bat for you much. Talks a good talk though. Long drawn out process with astronomical fees. Glad it’s over with! I do not recommend!

I have used Mr. McDermott and have recommended him to several friends all of whom were very satisfied with his work. He has over 20 years of experience and many excellent reviews on Avvo and other review sites. His experience makes a difficult process much easier to understand and much easier to get through!!
