Optometrist was nice but gave me the wrong prescription, I use my glasses just as much as my contacts but for some reason they made the glasses a weaker prescription. The optometrist also did examinations like it was 1995. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance filling out insurance information. They were difficult about excepting my military insurance as well. if you are a local they probably will treat you fine, but if you are a college student I suggest using a different office.

The folks behind the counter always go out of their way to be helpful.
The technicians are very occommodating , know their job and do it well.
I had eye surgery six years ago. The provider screwed up. I have been under the care of many very good "eye care" specialists since then and. With the exception of the initial inept providers ,have had great care, Without hesitation , I rank Dr. Hoehn as the best ,

Moscow family eye clinic: I recently had an eye exam and had to get new glasses. The Dr that preformed my exam was great. She explained things well and answered all my questions.
However, when it came time to choose new frames no one came to help me as requested. The Dr came by and asked if I’d been helped and she got someone over to help my right away.
Picked my glasses up Tuesday. They fit perfectly!

Wonderful place. Receptionists are kind, always smiling, and very helpful. Very clean facility. I've had to come in a few times due to pink eye, and every time they have been helpful; and they have explained the hygiene process as well as the aftercare process. 5/5 would recommend to a friend or family member

I recently changed eye care practices and so glad I did. Dr Hoehn is wonderful! I experienced the most thorough eye exam I have had in a long time. And she explained things so well.
When it came to picking new glasses, Jake was awesome. It’s hard to select glasses when you can’t see without your glasses. He was truly helpful. And, I love them.

Wonderful care. Doctor is so well thought of throughout the eye care professionals in this state! I concur! I now have sight returned that I would never have thought possible. Pleasant and if you live in the LC Valley it is an easier drive that to go to Spokane. Plus in my case more careful care in the delicate treatment. Thanks.

Fabulous experience. Even though it was my first time there, meeting with Dr. Hoehn was like getting together with a good friend I've known for years. I have health issues that can affect my eyesight, and Dr. Hoehn was very encouraging in that regard. I definitely feel like I am in good and capable hands. All the staff were very pleasant, courteous, and professional. I'm so happy I switched to Moscow Family Eye Care!

All of my visits have been wonderful. Everyone is so nice and professional and knowledgeable. After seeing two different eye doctors in one week at a different office and getting no results, I finally decided to reach out to Dr. Hoene. I saw her and Dr. Sweeney, both are great! Dr. Hoehn saw me for an eye infection on extremely short notice - getting an appointment in less than an hour from my initial call.
The appointment was even under my circumstances incredibly pleasant. The tech Dani was very courteous and thourogh. Dr Hoehn was kind and explained the treatment plan and followup. I will be back for any eye related issue I have.

I moved to town this year, so my glasses are from an out-of-town eye doctors. One of the pads fell off and I couldn't find the screw. Today I went to Moscow Family Eye Care to see if they could help, and they sure did.
They not only fixed my glasses, they replaced both pads with super comfy ones, for free, on-the-spot, no questions asked. And they were pretty busy with current customers at the time.

As always our visit was great. Our yearly evaluations are always handled with care and professionalism. This is our third year, I believe, as patients at Moscow Family Eye Care and it just keeps getting better. This year they had a gentleman in the eye glass section to help with insurance information, so we can get the most out of our insurance, as well as just to help advise and showcase all the office has to offer. We were surprised to learn about some of our benefits we were unaware if and, because of his knowledge, we're able to utulize them, which was awesome both in practice and on our wallets
