This project started in 2008 with planning and preparation, the customer contacted us in regards to a kitchen upgrade, one year later it had snowballed into a complete 1st floor modern conversion. We spent many hours working with the customer, planning, designing and budgeting for this project.
Due to the size of this project and the fact that it covered the entire 1st floor we had to break it up into sections; this way it did not overwhelm the customer all at once.Demo in a living place can cause a lot of dust problems, so rooms were closed off and ventilation was needed. Demoed all kitchen cabinets, 2 main walls dividing kitchen from dining room and living room from den.
