100% Concrete did all the grading, cement, drains and curbs as our subcontractor for Swan Pools Modesto. They did a great job for us. Jesus was instrumental in helping me design the yard. I drew a quick diagram of where I prefer cement to go and a design of where planters should remain, and the end result was a mirror of my desires. We chose brushed concrete w/extra rebar and deck-o drains. Andres was very knowledgeable on our drainage issues and pre-tested our existing drains to verify they worked, prior to hooking up the new drains. I don't know how good they are as concrete contractors I'm giving them one star because I called them not once, not twice but three times they said they would call me back and never did, the third time The lady in the office told me they were booked out about two months so I figured that's why I never got a call back just tell me straight up you don't need to work quit giving me the runaround

We would never use this company again - I would give him 0 stars if possible. Jay did our pool decking as a contractor for our pool builder. He neglected to install the drains correctly (he said he would install) and when my husband said something about it, he started yelling and screaming at us. He even told us, "I don't care if your job ever gets poured - I'm doing you a favor." He then called the pool contractor and said we were the problem and a bunch of other lies. Not only did the pool contractor pay him, we added about $3000 worth of concrete. So if his idea of paying

About 7 years ago, I had concrete decking (pool) done by Jay Webb's company. Overall, the work product was very good and pricing was very reasonable. Just a few months ago, I noticed that part of the decking (about a 200 squares foot area) started to lift up off of the pool. I contacted Jay and he came over to inspect it. Although the warranty had expired, Jay offered to take care of it even though it was out of warranty because "that's not how we do business." Not even 2 months since the concrete completion and we have already cracks - front and center! Plus, our expensive drain which was recommended (flat and very commercial looking) is popping up! Popping up right out of the dried concrete! There must be some kind of warranty on a project of this size and cost, so say a little prayer for us when we have to communicate with this guy again! Crum!!
Also, not noticed prior because the concrete was supposed to dry before placement, but the pool bar - the grab bar at the entry steps - the brackets this bar sit in are not only crooked, but too close together
