Import security filings is a separate transaction from CBP entry. It is the first step and requires documents for freight that enters the U.S by water. It requires all importers and ocean vessels to report and disclose certain information about the cargo 24 hours before loading goods into the United States.
Bartel Shipping offers temporary import bond services for goods entering the U.S. that are intended to be returned to the country of origin. We make it easier for you to obtain a TIB agreement with the American government and will guide you every step of the way. There are some conditions in place that allow you to be granted admission on a temporary import bond.
Bartel Shipping offers services for shipments that will not enter the U.S economy and have a destination outside of the United States. For shipments that are just passing through and are not ready to be exported, we offer our clients an in-bond transfer service and warehouse entry service. An in-bond transfer is for shipments that enter the U.S. and are transported within bonded trucks to another location.

Bartel Shipping was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and extremely fast in processing our import documents with US customs. There is no reason for me to even try any other company since I am very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend in a heartbeat. This is a completely reliable, helpful, excellent company. Whether you are shipping one cubic meter of gifts from India or 7 cubic meters of furniture or art from Bali, this company and its helpful employees will make sure that it transits customs and all the problems of the NY/NJ Ports and get to your business or home front door with as little difficulty as possible. I have been using them for shipments from Asia, India and Europe for more than 20 years with no problems and very reasonable fees. I can recommend this company with absolutely no reservations for customs brokerage.
