Are you waking up at night worrying about substance abuse or problems in your life? Do you feel that you "are not good enough" or "lovable enough?" Everyone has concerns in their life and learning to deal with them in a healthy way eliminates a need to turn to behaviors that cause more problems. Working with an empathetic and compassionate therapist helps you take down the barriers, find healing and enjoy the best in your life.
It is important to have a therapist who understands the challenges and will give you unconditional positive support and guidance. I have worked in the Addictions field since 1991 and have found that addictions and mental health issues often go hand in hand. I received a Master's Degree in Psychology in 2014 and am a "Co-Occuring" therapist who works with addiction and mental health issues.

The National Association of Mental illness (NAMI) defines dual diagnosis as a term for when someone experiences a mental illness and a substance abuse problem simultaneously. Dual diagnosis is a very broad category. It can range from someone developing mild depression because of binge drinking, to someone's symptoms of bipolar disorder becoming more severe when that person abuses heroin during periods of mania.
With Deborah's empathetic guidance and counsel she showed us how to navigate through a very tough time and gave us the tools to make our marriage flourish again. Thanks for the encouragement, for helping me to feel more empowered. For helping me to see my strong points and I think that is what has allowed me to make this transition.

Deborah Bressler is an insightful & skilled therapist & personal coach. She listens deeply to help identify both true longings & subtle energies that may be challenging forward movement with goals or life strategies. Always encouraging & compassionate, Deborah's guidance, suggestions & feedback help dial-in focus & formulate reasonable achievable action plans. I have loved working with her in my unfolding personal & professional journey for many years. Her skillful use of EMDR & Hypnotherapy modalities are nothing short of transformative! I highly recommend her as a personal coach & therapist.

My topic is very deeply personal and rather embarrassing. Deborah immediately made me feel comfortable and treated me with the respect and care that I needed to open up and get help. I wanted someone that I could trust to help me fix these problems and to move on to a better future. She provides the environment and sincerity that is befitting of excellent care. I definitely would recommend Deborah for anyone that is in need of care.

She tells you the insurance company will pay but then she overbills and takes advantage of young innocent people. Be aware. She is not honest and will take advantage of you. Make sure you know the cost before ever going there. She won't tell you but WILL bill you an outrageous amount of over 400 months after the service!

Absolutely NOT someone I’d revisit. Her demeanor and temperament isn’t professional or appropriate for the work she does.
The setting, cleanliness, dress, and animals whining and walking around during time you are paying dearly for, is absolutely not a setting to bring serious issues into!
She apologized multiple times for the distractions but did nothing to stop those distractions for happening time and again.
A simply awful experience. Would absolutely NOT RECOMEND!
