That being said, we have divided our tanning and spa services into three ways of treating yourself. We offer monthly no-commitment packages, single session tans, and minutes. A Bliss Studio Package is a one-month (30 days from the date of purchase) unlimited package that has no monthly commitment. Package prices are slightly higher priced than memberships, but offers you the short term solution to your tanning needs! Tanning By The Minute - A great way to tan, when your not sure if you can make it in on a regular basis.
Book an appointment with us for your VersaSpa spray tan! In just 60 seconds you can have your appointment booked and on your way to a sexy tan that highlights your body from head to toe. VersaSpa is a state of the art spray tan experience unlike any other you can find in northern Michigan. You'll have a beautiful natural looking tan that no one will be able to tell is a spray tan.
An infrared Sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat. These saunas are sometimes called far-infrared saunas - "far" describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. Traditional sauan is outside in and infrared sauna is inside out.
Red light therapy involves low-power red light wavelengths emitted directly through the skin, the treatment itself does not emit any heat so you won't actually feel it throughout the session. Red light can be absorbed into the skin to a depth of around eight to ten millimeters, it helps increase your body's cellular energy, nervous system processes, and metabolic processes.

Trashy business with a broken spray tan booth. Not clean and used dirty towels instead of a functioning booth that rinses the floor after each session, leaving the soles of your feet brown. I had to exfoliate my skin to rid of the junky bronzer the owner insisted on for a week after. Trash, trash, trash!

This is by far the best tanning salon in Traverse City. I was shopping around for the best places to go and I'm happy I chose here.
They offer tanning packages where you pay by the minutes and it makes it really affordable. They have packages that meet every budget.
I see men and women of all ages in here when I tan. It's a really positive, comfortable environment with a super friendly staff.
All the beds and rooms are very clean and come with a clean towel and tanning glasses.They have a great product selection. I prefer the hemp line. It gives really great natural results.

Great place!! So clean and tranquil. I've been to another tanning place in TC and it wasn't nearly as nice. The staff at Bliss (Jolie) was extremely helpful and very friendly. I went for the spray tan, but they have other options and services as well. Nice selection of products as well. I will go back for sure and might even have to make it a weekly thing!

Bliss Tanning has helped me in more ways than just a beautiful tan. The owner has personally coached me through the best beds, timing and lotions to make the most of my time- which was support that really made me feel important. She has added services and products to help me take my fitness and nutrition to the next level and she has done it all with a personal touch. It's a beautiful salon, but the best part is the people. I always look forward to my visits, and it's not just because tanning is like a warm cocoon.
