Services
Q: How many residents are in each facility? A: Each of the four facilities is licensed for eight residents, so we currently have a total of 24 licensed beds. All of our facilities are located within five minutes of each other and they are all within the Temple Hills area. Q: Do you accept males ad females at each facility?
Lifesprings Eldercare, Inc. provides 24 hour staff supervision of its facilities. In addition to its excellent caregivers it has an RN on call to ensure that the needs and comfort of residents are met and that family members can have the peace of mind that they need when they place their loved ones in our care.
Services may be paid for in several ways: - private pay; long-term care insurance; Medicaid Waiver; and the Senior Assisted Living Subsidy Program. Active duty veterans and spouses of veterans may also receive assistance toward cost of care through the VA. Both the Medicaid Waiver and the Senior Assisted Living Group Home Subsidy Programs are administered through the Prince George's County Area Agency on Aging.
Lifesprings Eldercare, Inc. follows a monthly activities calendar for daily exercise and recreational activities. We believe that while quality care is important, it is the recreational activities that rounds out any good program. Planned activities are scheduled for Monday through Friday with unstructured/church activities for the week-end.
All staff, including those who are not caregivers, must receive training in dementia care. Residents with a diagnosis of dementia account for nearly 75% of our resident population. Therefore, whether the diagnosis is early or late stage, our specially trained staff work closely with residents, their families and health care practitioners to provide the most appropriate care for each resident.

All are immaculately clean with a full staff. The staff is great and they love working for LifeSprings. There is a nurse practitioner that comes in about every 45 days to check residents. Resident medications are thoroughly keep up to date. The facility provides great meals and snacks. The best thing I like about this place is
