In 2012 larry romatowski gave me a proposal to do work on my home saying it will cost $43,000.00 to do work on my home.he said it would take about 10-days to complete the work.they would work 1-week,they would disappear for 2-weeks and then call saying he needed a check.i would call cap services(the people financing me the loan.they would send me a check without inspecting the work.i would sign it and give it to larry romatowski.i an disabled so i couldn't go to the basement to see what was done.he would work for 1-week and disappear for 2-weeks.he would call and and tell a lie saying his dad was
