Long hours to get my load and the worst part is I was double charged.
I still have not being able to get a hold of them to resolve this issue.

Windows are absolute trash! I walked up explaining it was my first time and I didn't know where I was going but they immediately turned me away and yelled for me to sit in the line. Only the first window and the last two windows were taking drivers. The others were on their phones or talking to each other as if they didn't see a line of driver's that lead out the door. Then once they finally called somebody up, they took forever because they're talking so much! All they do is laugh and sit around. At one point, there was nobody even sitting in the first room, they were all gone and when I complained

The staffing agency should be replaced especially the 1st Shift onsite Corey. She mislead me information that resulting in me losing my job.

I'm in Australia and everyone knows the issues with shipping at the moment. I have a US client desperate for stock. I called, spoke to Mess (I believe that was her name - sorry if not!!) and she was SUPER helpful. Of course, we are still waiting for our goods to deliver from the port to their warehouse so I AM REALLY HOPING THEY CAN HELP US OUT WITH FAST TURN AROUND OF OUR GOODS PLEASE

*COME STRAIGHT THROUGH AND PUT IT ON DOCK WHERE EVER YOU GOT SPACE AND EASY FOR YOU GO TO DOCK 29 FOR CHECKIN DON’T EVER YOU EXPECT TO GET HELP FROM FORK LIFT OR ANYONE. JUST SMALL BOOTH BEHIND PALLETS ON DOCK 29 WALK BY YOURSELF CAREFULLY AND CHECKIN THERE AND CHECKIN AT END OF BUILDING
** waited 1 hour to checkin no one help call broker dispatcher few times then got help after hour no one cares loaded after 6 hours

I came and the line to get into the parking lot was super long. Then the line to process your papers took forever and when I finally got to the front of the line, all the other workers had someone at their window except the last one next to a wall...she sat there laughing and flirting with a driver that already had his papers processed and when I tried to go up to her window, she and the girl sitting next to her yelled at me to wait until I'm called. Some girl on the other side of that wall helped me but only if I went to get a paper from the security. The warehouse workers are completely useless

Worst place ever. no response to emails, never picks up their phones. charges 2 pallets for goods that show they are packed on 1 pallet, then rejects the driver when they aren't paid for.

It takes 3-4 hours to get loaded at this place, everything takes an hour to do, wait in line to check in an hour, dont have all the paperwork, another hour, after you get to the dock, its another 2 hours. average wait time is 3 hours. UPDATE: Yesterday arrived at 815am, didnt get out until 140pm, today arrived at 7am, didnt get out till 2pm. I suggest to the management to have a better support system, invest in quicker and better systems to avoid delays, we could have walked the load from compton to los angeles and it would have been faster.

Worst warehouse ever first there’s long line of trucks waiting for a dock I lost 2 hours and secondly when you got a dock there are trailer park in front of it there’s no space to manœuvre and third when you checking in they want you just wait there until they call you I have been waiting for an hour and no one call also they don’t want you to talk finally loading is an other history you can’t even imagine how long it takes. Please stay away from this guys

This place is awful. Just read the other reviews. I'll spare my own story but to say that I've dealt with this warehouse twice and both times were literally the most negative experiences I could have. Not to mention I drove 4 hours to pick up cargo, walk in at 2:35 and the lady at the front desk said I have to come back the next day before 2:30. They've charged me extra money because I don't have a ramp truck even though my cargo is a 3x3 foot box that takes them 30 seconds to put in my vehicle with the small forklift. I will never ever use this place again for logistics.

If you ever buy anything large from overseas that need to come in through customs, you might have to come here. In my case, I was picking up some kitchen cabinets. True story.

You walk in and sign in and they'll call you. Turn in your freight papers and they'll look you up and you pay whatever fees they charge. Everything here is cash only so bring cash. They don't give change either so in my case, even though the fee was $128 but I only had twenties on me so I was out $140. BOOOOOOO!!!

After all the paper work is done, you wait until the forklift operator call you and he&apos

The worst ever warehouse on the east and west coast. If you wanna have multiple people give you conflicting information, have your time wasted in the process and end up with huge unplanned fees, loss of business revenue, then use St George Logistics

This company makes me sick. They shouldn't even exist as they do not provide service. They provide a disservice. They will sit on your cargo and laugh at you while you wait.
