You should get your fireplace or chimney inspected at least once a year. They can have many problems that oftentimes can be repaired easily if caught in time. The fireplace is just like your car with proper maintenance it can be headache free and last a long time. On the other hand, if not inspected or maintained it could be very costly.
A missing chimney cap or small water leak could cost you thousands of dollars later. A broken damper could cost you tons of money on your electric bill. Most people don't know that getting your chimney cleaned will help to stop chimney fires. Creosote build up can start a fire combustion inside your chimney and ignite similar to a gas.

Scroll down to view our available gas logs and remote systems for your fireplace. It is important to note that we do not have a showroom, and order gas logs as needed. We are a chimney repair & fireplace company that sell, repair, & install gas logs, but we do not keep logs in stock. We order your logs after purchase is made, so there is generally a wait time for logs to get here.
Most people do not know the difference between a chase cover, and a chimney cap. Chimney caps are smaller round or square caps that are designed to cover the flue only. They are made to allow smoke or gas fumes out, but also keep rain from going down the flue of your chimney. Chase covers on the other hand are large metal covers that are made to completely cover the top of your chimney.

James came to take a look at our gas fireplace. We thought something was wrong with it, but it was a simple fix! I learned quite a bit about my fireplace. He was so very helpful. If I have any problems in the future, I will absolutely call this company. Yes, he wore a face covering. Very professional.

Chose this company over a couple other estimates to replace my flood damage fireplace. I did all the framing myself to save money and the guy I talked to at Chimney Pro gave me a lot of information to help make sure I got it right. Fireplace turned out good. They handled themselves very professionally. I would use again.

In my previous home, my contractor modified my fireplace during remodeling and it stopped working. I called several chimney companies and Chimney Pro gave me an honest, fair bid and did great work. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I've used them in my new home to clean my chimney as well as give their number out to my real estate clients. Highly recommend.

Called Chimney Pro and set up an appointment, it was 2 weeks out, but that's pretty standard this time of year. Told me that the cost to fix my faulty gas fire place would be $175 + cost of any parts needed. Again, standard for this time of year.
The repair man arrived during the window I was told to expect him, and began his inspection. First thing he addressed was a small electrical box, says they are very unreliable and need to be replaced all the time, cost = $262.... Fireplace still didn't work so he checked the pilot, cost to replace $190... Fire place still didn't work

Having recently purchased my home, I made an appointment to have the chimney inspected and possibly cleaned. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. He recommended I have the cracks in my mortar patched; I had him complete the work then and the work looks good.
My reason for giving them only one star:
The technician did not identify all the cracks in my firebox and only repaired the small section he saw. After he left I vacuumed out the firebox so that I could repaint it with the proper heat-rated spray paint and found several cracks and places where the

I was looking for someone to take out my old fireplace and install a new one for me. I was given their number by another company. They came out looked at the job and sent me an estimate a couple of days later. Everything looked good so I called them and setup the work. They came out a week later and did the job. Everything went smooth with no problems. I am satisfied with the new fireplace and would use them again.
