Services
All Quality Labor, Inc. is a family owned small business. We are based in Glendale, Arizona and have been providing workers to companies in the greater Phoenix metro valley since April of 1996. We specialize in filling general labor needs but our employee pool includes skilled and semi-skilled tradesmen & clerical as well.
All Quality Labor focuses on finding long term workers for temp-to-hire positions. You can work our employees and evaluate their performance before making the decision to hire them on after they meet their minimum hour requirement, allowing you to test out different workers without worrying about unemployment taxes, workman's comp insurance and all of the other paperwork hassles that come with hiring someone on.
In the past few decades All Quality Labor has been proud to send more than 10,000 people to work across the Phoenix Metro area, many in temp-to-hire positions that led to full time employment. Bringing you a meaningful job is what we do, and having eager, enthusiastic employees has been a critical part of our success over the past 20 years.
The Staffing Industry is a multi-billion dollar industry that did more than $2.3 Billion of business last year in Arizona alone. According to information from the American Staffing Association, the industry employs an average of 65,000 workers in this state every week and fills a critical need for businesses across a wide variety of economic sectors.
One of the most critical aspects of running a Staffing Agency is ensuring that your employees are treated well and prepared to do their assignment in a safe, efficient manner. This can be a difficult thing to manage from the staffing end as our employees don't actually work in an environment under our control.

Rude staff, especially the young Hispanic lady and seems to be annoyed. I ask for 1st shift jobs they give me 3rd shift. Same when I ask for a 3rd shift position they end up giving me a 1st shift and it's at the same warehouse which I did go to one night for a 3rd shift and did not like at all. I call again a few weeks later I ask if they have first shifts I get put on hold for nearly 30 minutes until they closed for the day. Then I receive a call it's for the same place I get put at as before. Hot and noisy environment, low pay and far away from home. Don't recommend this agency. Rude staff and

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I have worked with and for this company for years. They are very respectful and show appreciation for all employees. I highly recommend using them as an agency for your company as well as trying to find opportunities. They’ve always shown me the greatest courtesy! (:

This is the worst place I have ever worked in my life. Get ready to work indoors 110degrees with others using loud screeching tools nearby with no hearing protection for minimum wage.
The individuals that manage you as a temp worker are not helpful at all and get annoyed if you ask them questions related to the job.
Seriously this place is terrible. Only do it if you absolutely need to make money, but don’t expect to be around long because the women answering the phone will not reach out to you even if there is work available.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I went into your office yesterday with intentions to apply for employment. I was greeted very rudely by the young Hispanic lady in the front office and an older lady which happened to be on the phone speaking to a customer just as rude. She asked how could she help me with an "What Do You Want?" tone and attitude. I informed the attending representative that I would like to apply for a job. She abruptly stated... ID! I provided my drivers license and was told in the most unprofessional manner, "This is not good enough!" As she pushed my driver's license back

I briefly worked here doing political campaigns. Your wage really depends. You will make as much as you put into it...I think the training could be better. I feel like they trained me fast then threw me out there to either sink or swim. But it's great because someone will be there to help when you need it. This job is not for everyone but overall it's ok. It's not a career.

Definitely hit or miss . The phones are answered in a professional manner and from there it can go a broad direction. Pay is minimalist in nature not sure of their "cut", more than once I've had to wait days for a check or been told "You should have called first." Also there is no show up minimum You could get to East Mesa and work two hours only to be told payday Is Friday? Be cautious.

Called as a new applicant looking for work. I was treated with complete disrespect the moment the rep answered the phone. I wanted to know what kind of work do they staff for and what kind of pay if it is daily or weekly. She just replies with we are not day labor. Doesn't answer any other questions or have any regards to the fact that I'm a new applicant looking for work, as well as people to work for my father in laws remodeling company expanding for the holidays. I continue to try to ask the rep questions with pretty much the same sarcastic response. She sounded nice but it was extremely rude
