We can provide early architectural consultation and guidance during the initial planning phase. Ken Carrell is the principal-in-charge on all projects and has been involved in the architectural field for more than thirty-five years in various aspects of construction. A single story self storage facility with recreational vehicle storage. 60,000 gross square feet with 51,000 square feet of net leaseable, on approximately 4 acres. This project is a combination of personal storage, enclosed recreational vehicle storage and open recreational vehicle parking with an on-site managers office and apartment.
The project is a three story self storage facility with a managers office and second floor apartment. 83,000 gross square feet with 59,000 square feet of net leaseable, on slightly less than one acre. The project was designed to fit an existing lot, located near a large, regional shopping mall and a residential neighborhood.
This project was a conversion of an existing single story warehouse building. Due to the clear height of the interior, we were able to convert the building into a two story high storage facility, effectively doubling the usable area. In addition to standard and climate control storage, we also included wine storage and high security art storage.
