Very disappointed with this company. First of all you have to order by sending an email, no one assists you over the phone. Okay not the worst case scenario. Our order came and the furniture was was so beat up. The wood chairs were so so scratched up and flimsy. We called to have them exchanged. We were told they were coming that day between 3-4p along with the linens and we waited and waited but no one showed up. No phone call or anything. I even called around 345p and spoke to someone apologizing that they left earlier messages in which they called my desk phone and I was out of the office. No

I cannot thank Elite rentals enough! We just had a wonderful large garden party (a Celebration of Life party) for my mom. Everything they did was incredibly beautiful and the items such as linens , glassware, chairs, bar, tableware was completely stunning! They had to work in a smaller space within our garden backyard and created a perfect L shape with 2 beautiful scalloped edge tents. Every person setting up was professional, kind, and so helpful! The items they have are absolutely beautiful and come sparkling and ready! Thank you so much Elite, you helped make our day one we’ll remember forever

Shop around!! Tents are in higher demand right now and some elevation in price is to be expected (20-30%) but these guys are price gouging (no way you survive as a business at 2X+). Quote received was more that 2X every other competitor in the area. I even called back to see if they made a mistake and give them a chance to correct - person said no mistake but they would share with owner. Elite tent was referred to us by our caterer (Prime Fine Catering - Garden City).

I rented out plates, glasses and flatware from Elite for my small backyard wedding. A lot of the glasses and flatware came dirty with spots. Also FYI, they charge $300 if you ask them to give you an ETA for your order delivery or you request them to drop your order off within a certain timeframe. I haven't had that experience with other rental companies -- usually other rental business try to take your preferred drop-off time into consideration without extra charge or are at least able to give you an estimated time of arrival. I thought Elite asking for $300 in order to give me an ETA wasn't very

The tent set up with tables/chairs came out great! Scott stopped at the house to help us figure out tent placements, how many chairs/tables, high tops we would need and even came back to look at the driveway because we were thinking about string lights. His suggestion to go with blue/white gingham linens was perfect for a casual backyard summer BBQ. The team was fast setting up, replaced any bulbs and helped us move around some of our own furniture. Loved the string lights on a dimmer switch inside the tents and the pole mounted fans were helpful for a hot day. Loved the height of the tents! Emails

Franklin and his crew did an excellent job. My wife (most importantly) and I are thrilled with every detail. Obviously, all was delivered and set up when ordered, but they made our rather large party feel intimate and unique. The lighting was phenomenal - our guests were blown away. Thank you. We had a last minute decision due to the weather to add a tent to our yard for a large party. I was referred to Elite by a friend who had used them a few months back. They came and set up a GORGEOUS tent in 24 hours and installed a dance floor and I also rented cocktail tables from them. Had I known how much more they actually do I would have rented all the glass-wear and plates etc from them too. They transformed our yard into a super elegant scene almost worthy of a magazine shoot! They were the chosen ones, after two months of planning, two visits to our site, CAD layouts sent, a tent size upgrade, a trip to see an example set-up, numerous calls on details and other suggestions, and all ready to go for the wedding, THEN two weeks before the event set-up; a phone call to say "very sorry but your tent is no longer available and we have to cancel". You can only imaging our shock and the angst in getting a last minute replacement for our daughters wedding. If there was a legal way to tar and feather them.....I would BEWARE.
