Helping Hands is a Non-emergency medical Transportation Company that was started due to the poor quality of transportation providers in Southern California. The market was accepting poor service as the standard and sub par companies. Our vision was to be held to a higher standard and simply promise to deliver quality service to all our clients.
Helping Hands Medical Transportation was founded 10 years ago due to a strong need for quality non-emergency medical transportation. We pride ourselves in being punctual, professional, and cordial. This has led us to be one of the market leaders in the Inland Empire, We are proud that we have been able to consistently improve the quality of our services despite the rapidly changing healthcare and regulatory environment.

Helping Hands Medical Transportation stepped in seamlessly when my Dad's extended care facility told us on Sunday that they couldn't arrange his transportation to his Monday morning doctors appointment for his surgery follow up visit. The driver, Dean G., was great. He talked my dad through every step of loading and unloading and got him there and back safely. This was a huge help - thanks Helping Hands!

Helping Hands goes above and beyond! They make transportation for my daughter a five star experience. STEVE, Kevin and George go out of their way and are compassionate and caring individuals. Plus they are excellent drivers! The whole company is very professional. Vince is very helpful, great to deal with and goes out of his way, and Janelle who I speak with frequently is a plus! I love Helping Hands!

These Guys came in clutch, my brother was a victim to the “State of CA medical producers policies” and fell in the hands of the county hospital where they “ Treated and Street’ed” him and left a paralyzed stroke patient outside on the steer curbside. I literally couldn’t get him in my car, so I called helping hands. And they got on it quick got my brother “Gurney Transportation” ASAP! I recommend them for sure and God bless them for reals !

Dean and Miguel did beyond what they normally do. They took their precious time away from their families to pick up my mother at the hospital at 10:00 pm. Both have great attitudes and very happy with what they do. You both have a heart of gold. Thanks for everything.

My uncle is completely immobile and had not left his second story apartment in over 8 months because it's impossible to take him out without professional medical transport services. Which he only receives for doctor visits.

Well now folks..... if you need a non-emergency gurney transport, I have the best operation for you to try. The “Helping Hands Non-Emergency Transport” for the Inland Empire.
My mom needed to get x-rays today and these two young professionals gave her polite, calm and encouraging conversation from the moment they picked her up, until their farewell. Helping Hands Medical Transport out of Riverside California transported my roommate Sherry to and from dialysis appointments, doctor appointments, hospital appointments, and they are a wonderful team of awesome men working together for their clients. When they picked up Sherry they treated her like an angel. They never once had a bad day, every day was a good day for these guys. Sherry loved them all and appreciated how they treated her. I gave them each a protein bar or some kind of goodie in appreciation of how special they were in making sure Sherry was comfortable. They all deserve more than
