We work closely with our partner companies to make sure the end product is up to our standards before shipping to our clients.
With an endless list of thread colors, there's no combination we can't tackle for your logo. In addition to in-house embroidery services, we offer digitizing for logos that aren't embroidery-ready. Hat embroidery is a popular service we provide, and we take pride in making sure our products reflect the high quality your customers want.
Laser Engraving is a specialty here at VSNW. With our machines and skilled laser technicians, we can make sure your logo makes a statement on any product. Since day one working with the people at Vital Signs I knew I was going to be in good hands. I don't know the first thing about printing, and embroidery..I'm a contractor! Yet I never felt I was going to get something wrong ordering my business gear through Vital Signs. I was walked through options 100% all the way through. Lenny was on top of every order I had from hats to coats and sweaters. All my guys loved everything. The crew at Vital Signs and Apparel are awesome and easy to work with. We use them for all of our printing needs. It's really nice to be able to work with someone who understands what you want and is able to see your vision. Lenny has saved us from printing disasters several times, and is always happy to get a sample for us before we get new items. Even on short notice, I've never been disappointed, and our orders have arrived on time. Totally recommended for any printing or engraving needs you have.

I checked many places before speaking with Lenny about what I believed to be a very simple design for two shirts. Most places didn't seem to want to bother with me because the volume was small, but Lenny had someone working on a layout very quickly and the price was better than the other places as well. I just picked up the shirts and they were better than I had hoped! I don't anticipate needing a lot of other custom shirts in the future, but if I do, I'll use this place. I recommend it whole heartedly. Friendly, fast, very reasonable.

Great place to get anything custom made! The selection of products Vital carries, that can be personalized is mind blowing! Very nice showroom full of products to give you plenty of ideas. Lenny one of the owners rocks, literally he custom engraves rocks! Him and his staff here are very friendly and helpful, great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Vital Signs and Apparel are beyond amazing! There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful they are. I've had several things made by them, and every single one has turned out above and beyond what I expected. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. They are always my go-to for items that I need engraved. And they'll ship it to someone if you need them to (I've had a couple that I've given away as gifts and they always ship directly to them for me)! You will never regret giving them your business.
