Martin Stephen Sir hails from Fayetteville, Tennessee. He attended American University where he graduated with honors before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1979. A few years after his graduation from law school, Martin was elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives.
Christy Trammell, a long-time Nashvillian with roots in Memphis, Tennessee, has been serving the legal community for more than 27 years. Her primary focus has been as a high asset divorce litigation paralegal, serving high profile business executives, physicians, and celebrities, but she also brings to the table a background in court reporting and in management.

Their Internet marketing is very good, and that’s about the only good thing in experience that I had. They not only charged me for lots of time that was never accounted for, they also made my case 100% worse. They advised me very poorly so bad was the advice that lawyers since I’ve consulted scratch their head asking how could somebody so experienced Make such poor decisions and give such poor advice. Some actually laughed a couple of times actually on various occasions. I would highly not recommend this lawyer and would be very cautious of them selling you the snake oil. Beware buyer beware

Mr Martin Sir appears to have a good reputation so I hired him to represent me during my divorce. I am a physician, and as a fellow professional I have to be completely honest and say that Mr Sir did NOT represent me well; he was lazy and unfamiliar with my case. He did nothing to help me despite the fact that the opposing side lied about several things in our trial. Unfortunately he was just uninformed about my case, in fact the first time I actually met him was in court. I only dealt with his legal assistant (John) in the office. I felt John was knowledgeable and helpful, but when it really counted

To sum my experience up in one word: Compassion.
Compassion is what I have felt from the team at Martin Sir during this very messy and exhaustingly nasty divorce. They fought and won for the injustice that was thrown my way and handled every obstacle with professionalism and with my best interest in mind.

Martin has been our attorney for 8 years after going through 4 attorneys prior to Martin we can fully appreciate the difference between an attorney who cares and one who does not.
Anyone who complains about Martin... I can't help but think they failed to communicate to Martins office. In law you have to be totally involved, you can't expect the attorney to win with a clairvoyant hail mary, you have to be involved in the case yourself.
Martin was able to stop a lot of back wood legal wronging that was happening to us.
Martin is costly but for good reason, he employs a full staff who also cares

Martin Sir and Associates handled my divorce case with amazing care. I cannot say enough about all of the people in that office. They REALLY care about their clients which is hard to find in an attorney in my opinion.

I was very pleased with the service received from Martin Sir & Associates through out my divorce. I was in a very bad place when my husband and I split and everyone I worked with and encountered at the firm were very compassionate and caring and didn't seem like they just wanted to handle my case for the money. A couple of years ago, I found myself in need of a good attorney. After searching around, and making phone call after phone call to lawyers who did not have time to meet with me even for a few minutes to discuss my case, I found Martin Sir and associates. I called the office, and within the hour I was in a conference room with Mr. John Agee, managing Paralegal of the firm.
