Dana and Ashley take PT to a whole new level! After a TKR there were so many days I just did not feel like doing anything at all and was afraid of different stages of healing I was going through, without fail Dana would talk me through my fears and get me moving in ways that I no longer believed I could move. The Dana and Ashley team made it fun to be there and seemed like I always left there with a smile.

Dana has taken my husband and I on a new healing experience. We both had been doing physical therapy prior to our transitions to Alliance in Green River, WY. Jose had been injured over five years ago which left him unable to walk and with major balance issues. He was falling several times a week. Since we started here the first of March he has only had 3 falls. This is a 95% improvement. My muscle spasms and headaches have also improved. My core is getting stronger. The healing process Dana uses is unlike any we had ever received before. We both recommend Alliance for your physical therapy needs

If you are looking to get full mobility, strength, range of motion back, pre or post operation then look no further than Alliance Physical Therapy. I am a veteran, miner, marathon runner, spartan and tough mudder enthusiast and love to work out, but recently my knee limited my ability to get after it like I use to. In just the first visit Dana had identified and help correct several things that were off in my leg. She is amazing and very skilled, impressive to the point to think she's magic or something. The staff here is friendly and helpful and does everything they can to make you feel special

Dana is amazing! I have been to both the Alliance in Green River and in Rock Springs for physical therapy and used several PT's, but she is hands down the best one that will get you back to normal the fastest. Her knowledge and willingness to push you harder than most is what makes her great. Can't recommend her enough!

What a great experience! I dislocated my elbow back in April and it wasn’t healing properly until this group of ladies made it happen! The office gal Ashley got me right in and my therapist Dana got my elbow back to normal! What a relief!!! I have to say, cleanest office I’ve been in in a while! Friendly environment and I couldn’t have asked for better!
