I've been using insurance through this agency for over a year and for ten months I've been fairly happy with the service here. Over the last three months has been an absolute nightmare to deal with them. The staff is pretty nice overall. The issue I have had with this company is the consistent trouble of being given the run around with them. The inconsistent rules have made it unpleasant to deal with and will be leaving to another insurance company soon.

This has the best customer service, very helpful and treat you like family. They try their hardest to get you the best prices! Right when you walk in you are greeted and you can tell that you are in good hands. I highly recommend this place to everyone, my friends and family. Every time I call asking about a question or doing a follow up on my insurance, they have been very rude. I don't even feel comfortable anymore to pick up the phone and just ask. Seems like a bunch of women running the place who's always on their period. Due to terrible customer service all my vehicles are no longer with their company. Good luck.
