I went in yesterday to have my roots bleached to match the rest of my blonde hair. The stylist I had was very kind but also extremely slow applying bleach. They told me they hadn't booked enough time for my apt because my roots were more than 6 wks worth in length grow out. So they went on to tell me they may not have time to do the toner at the end and I may have to come back. At this point I already had the bleach on my head so I agreed because what choice would I have. The bleach was left on my hair for over 2 hours and I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience because they continued to

Had a great experience, I got a toure when I arived and some wine. The hair was was amazing and Gina did a great job communicating with me about my odd hair length and what we should do to fix it. I had called prior to booking my appointment to get a price quote on how much a balayage would cost being that I am on a budget. I let her know my hair is very long and usually requires more hair dye. I was quoted a price range from $75-90 depending on the level of the stylist. I agree'd that was a fair price, so I booked the appointment.
Upon arriving, I had shown my stylist a picture of what I was wanting to work towards. The picture was an ashy balayage. I had voiced my concern with my hair being dark, that the only color I really

My FAVORITE hair salon. I came to them because they had someone going to local businesses selling $10 or $20 coupon books or something like that 4 years ago. I got to try a lot of their services. Facials...Ah-Maz-Ing. Massage....never had one and OMG. Loved it. All the girls there know there "ish". I'm able to tell them what I want or show them a picture and they are SO good about giving suggestions and tips.
