Excellent Sales staff (Sam). He was very professional on the phone - courteously and efficiently answered all my questions and once a specific machine was selected he had the Service staff prep it prior to my arrival. He coordinated with Dustin in the Service/Maintenance Dept. to give me a thorough briefing. Once the machine was ready, i spent a few minutes with the Finance staff and within in hour I was on my way!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Travis at Owen Motor Sports. Several month ago I visited their showroom but was not quite ready to buy. He followed up with me via text for the next few months and informed me of a new model being released by Honda that may interest me (2022 Navi). I did my own research and came to the conclusion that Travis was probably right. In early January Travis contacted me again and told me they got two Navi's in stock that day...and a few hours later I left with one. I went in there to purchase a 2021 YFZ 450 R I have never been more pleased with a company that is so customer oriented. Well all the other sales will have downtime they all work together to get the process running more smoothly and efficiently. This was the only dealer in Illinois to have this sport quad. I traveled 2 1/2 hours to but this quad and they made sure my trip was worth it. Big shout out to Luke and Anthony for all their work they put in to make this happen for me. They made this purchase of mine stress free and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you guys so much!!!!

We decided to jump into the side by side world for hunting. We hunt large lease properties in Illinois and Indiana plus other private property owned by close friends
I contacted Owen's via their website inquiring about a SxS and quickly got a reply. So I then called and spoke to Sam Boyer.
Sam is a fine young man and great to work with. 90% of this deal was made via phone calls and text messages because i was at work. All we had to do was show up and sign papers and take home our new machine.
Overall Owen's made the experience pleasurable and easy!

We had a great experience from top to bottom with everyone we dealt with at Owen Motor Sports. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgable. I recently purchased a Honda Goldwing from Owen Motorsports in Charleston, IL. As I am located 350 miles from the dealership, it was necessary for communications to be facilitated via long distance for over a week prior to finalizing the sale.
