Holly and her designers made a PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL birthday arrangement for my daughter nearby, reflecting her love of sunflowers, country chic, Magnolia brand and the "Fixer Upper" show! They chose a vase that embodied the essence of the arrangement, and the vase itself is an everlasting gift, ideal for her decor. They have unbelievable customer service, I had ordered flowers from another florist for my daughter‘s birthday I received a phone call at 2 PM telling me they would not be able to deliver flowers to my daughter that day as scheduled. I called the petal patch explain my situation and she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had flowers on her birthday. Would highly recommend.

After finding out last minute about a customers funeral, we called in a panic to place an order, Elisabeth was so helpful! She took our order with care, understood the urgency, made the arrangement exactly how we requested & even made sure it was delivered on the day of the funeral (over the weekend). Called Friday night to try and get flowers delivered to my girlfriend the next day for her birthday. They were super kind on the phone when they answered. I told them which colors I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and they did an awesome job. Flowers looked great, delivery was timely, and in my opinion the price was great. I got a better arrangement than I expected for the price. Strongly recommend.
If you want a reasonably quick response, I don't recommend using their "Contact Us" feature on their site. Just call them, it's way easier for everyone.

I have been using a lovely florists shop here in Bryan since 2001. I had always enjoyed their products and plants.
