Continuing a tradition of more than 25 years, Spirals Gymnastics offers professional gymnastics instruction for girls and boys age 3-18. Our Preschool and Recreational classes focus on the love of gymnastics, fitness, and sport through progressive development of Olympics event skills. The Competitive Team is a fully comprehensive training program for girls level 2-10, that consistently produces State and Regional champions.

All Instructors are required to hold a current USA Gymnastics Instructor certification on top of having a passion for the sport and a love of teaching children. We will be at this location until we are able to go back to Rob Gym in UCSB. This new location has more equipment than we were able to offer at Girsh Park, but since it is a temporary location, it will not have all of the equipment that we typically have at Rob Gym. This class introduces young kids to gymnastics through obstacle courses, games and songs.
Turn onto S La Patera Ln from Hollister Ave. Proceed to the end of the road (right where it meets the freeway at the train station), and turn right to go around the building (on your right) to the back. We have signs on S La Patera and a big sign up in the back so you know where to stop and come in!
Spirals Gymnastics offers competition for girls ages 5-18 through our USA Gymnastics Competitive Team program. The team program at Spirals consists of training groups for levels 2-10, and participates at local, regional, and national events. Acceptance to the Spirals team is through an initial evaluation by the Head Coach.
Classes and training take place in the gymnastics facility behind the basketball gym at Robertson Gymnasium (Rob Gym). This is on the North side of Rob Gym, closest to the Recreation Center and and Recreation Center fields. Mesa Structure, Lot 18 - After you park, exit the structure and walk across the street towards the Recreation Center, then turn left and walk along the soccer fields.
Come drop off your child for some free time in the gym! They can work on skills from their classes or just play on the trampoline and in the foam pit. Open gym time will be supervised, but there will not be specific instruction. Staff is there to help out as needed and keep everyone safe! Spirals offers Open Gym time for members and non-members.

Spirals is known as the top gymnastics club to be at in the greater Santa Barbara area. The coaches are all excellent. My daughter has tried classes at both other local options. This location is clean and pleasant. They are temporarily at a new indoor location and ordering new equipment for kids to use. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been here since she was 2 years old. She's grown physically and mentally. Spirals coaches are top of the line and bring a fun, competitive and challenging atmosphere for the young women.
My daughter looks forward to training her everyday. I can't thank them enough for giving her confidence, maturity and a love for athletics.
