I am relatively new to the world of boats and had a trailer that was not really that fit for the intended purpose. The one that i had was of fair quality but i found that I was not confident with its ability to tow the approx 1500 miles a year at the speed that i wanted to travel at. In addition, loading/ unloading the 28' was a pain so i was recommended to Tuff Trailers. My experience was fabulous from start to finish with purchase of the TTA 13000 from initial contact to delivery and after sales advice. The owners and staff were extremely courteous, prompt and professional with a clear focus

Would do no stars if possible. Treated very poorly. Was hurt on the job site and owners don’t even want to pay my medical bill. New owners just overwork there employees an under pay them. The quality on trailers are junk they use rattle cans on galvanizing an black spray painted trailers that don’t even match. I put my three weeks in for a new job an they told me to leave the follow next work day. Highly unprofessional people here now at tuff trailer.

Good solid trailer. First, I normally do not write reviews unless there bad and second, our previous trailer was a real problem. The trailer that came with a new boat was undersized by the manufacturer. I can't count the number of blown tires and at least two sets of blown bearings with one time causing the complete replacement of the axle. Not a good situation.
The Tuff Trailer ordering was seamless and only one question came up on my measurements. They new what they were doing. In the end, they pretty much on with only minor adjustments to the boards. The tongue and weight distribution were

I gave the owner of this business the chance to make this right simply by paying the $300 the yard charged me, for modifications to the trailer. He flat out refused. This is truthfully the worst business I've ever dealt with! Anybody else who has had trouble with this business and this sort of thing happened when they ordered a trailer please contact me here on yelp. I'm willing to pay for a lawyer perhaps we can do a class action lawsuit.

I am very pleased with my new trailer that I picked up in Ferndale yesterday. I worked with both Christine and Todd to negotiate a price for the trailer. I was very satisfied with the buying process. Once the trailer was built I chose to have the trailer fitted to my boat at the factory. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill of the shop personnel and Dan, the owner, who was personally involved in the process. I would highly recommend Tuff Trailer to anyone wishing to purchase a quality trailer.

Recently I purchased a new boat trailer from Tuff Trailer. I did a lot of comparison shopping and found that I could have a custom built aluminum trailer with stainless fittings for about the same price as a stock, galvanized trailer from one of the larger companies,
that was certainly going to rust over time. My trailer came with all the options I wanted ("Vault" maintenance-free bearings, torsion suspension and disc brakes) and I was very impressed with the way it turned out. The workmanship and quality are terrific; Tuff

Tuff Trailer is awesome! My experience was fantastic working with Todd, Christine, and Dan. They really came through for me on the timeline for my trailer to be completed as I was headed on a trip. These trailers definitely are built heavy duty and live up to their name. If I'm in need of another trailer, I will most definitely be back. Thank you again for the great experience, great service, and great product!

These guys are the best! So, we've bought two trailers now, both for 24' boats, and after catastrophic failures of the EZ Loaders we'd been using for years, finally went to Tuff. The first one is 3 years old now, and starting to have some wear and tear. But considering that we probably put more road miles and hard use on them than anyone out there, and certainly more than any boat trailer was ever designed for...the wear and tear is expected! But Dan and Eddie and Christie (and the whole tech crew!) go out of their way to make sure we're taken care of and that the trailer is properly maintained
