I hired this company to move my furniture across country and I was very unimpressed with the moving company in terms of communication with the customer. The movers themselves were great (in ND), but there was constant miscommunication with my estimator and move coordinator. I changed my move date and website and move coordinator reassured me the date changed. Then I got an alert that the original date was still scheduled. It was a headache and a half to communicate with staff to have them once again update my changed date. I had to call multiple times to staff to get things organized and repeat

Have never used a Professional mover before and didn't really know what to expect. Our driver was highly recommended and certainly didn't disappoint us from the packing, unpacking and everything in between. Bob Hatcher is a role model for others to follow and emulate. He made it as seamless as possible and would use again, thanks Bob and team.

We hired AAction Movers to help me move after purchasing a new home. They arrived on time and were extremely polite and did an amazing job. The 3 guys we had were Lynn, Kelly, and Harvey. Those 3 guys were some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Very professional and just made the over all move so much easier and stress free. Also Dan Baskerville came over to do the quote and was really knowledgeable and when our house closing changed he came up with a plan that worked great for us. Overall great moving company to hire. I will be recommending Aaction Movers for anyone else who needs

This company was very unprofessional I had a large heavy item I needed moved from my garage to my basement. I made them aware of the weight and let them know the path it would need to take to get it where I wanted it. How many stairs up/down as well as flooring types. They rescheduled the move once pushing the date out a month. Then when they arrive on site for the first time to move the item they come with 3 guys (Unprepared). Their dolly breaks and they tell me it is unsafe to move the item and it should remain in my garage. After, they leave I have to call them to reschedule, at that time they

I wasn’t moving but assisting someone that was out of state. The whole experience was great.
Aaron stayed in constant contact with us and we knew what was going on at all times. David, Jordan and Alex were very professional and kind young men. They worked fast but at the same time attentive to the belongings. I would recommend action movers to anyone that was moving. They all made the situation an easy one.

These guys are completely unprofessional. A neighbor in our community was moving. And because they can't drive a truck properly, they start pounding--and I mean, POUNDING--on all the nearby doors to get everyone to move their cars. This is at 8am, on a Saturday. 'People gotta move, let's go', they said. So I put my newborn son down as he's crying to move my car. They all just stand there and say, 'everyone's gotta move.' People move all the time. The difference is, with competent movers, you don't have to disturb the whole neighborhood.

We were extremely pleased with AAction Movers during our recent cross country move. Starting at the beginning with Billy who did our pre-move estimate, to the 3 young men who did the loading at our departure location, to Shannon our move coordinator- who managed to keep us informed and updated throughout the entire process. Most importantly to James the cross country van driver who stayed in contact with us during the trek to our new home. He and his crew of helpers were very friendly and courteous. They handled all of our possessions with care- as though they were their own, and made sure everything

Out of the nine moves associated with work, AAction was by far the WORST. They were subcontracted as part of my OCONUS move by a national chain so we expected a few challenges but the total lack of communication is disgraceful. The day of delivery was a complete and total cluster. A PODS container arrived - unlocked! Four hours late, a crew of 6 arrived of which three where actually intoxicated (drunk), one hung over, and the other two somewhat sober. Overall my experience with these movers was good, so I'll start with the positives.
They contacted me promptly after I requested a quote online, which was nice. The guy who came & gave me the estimate explained everything very well and in a concise manner. He also explained that the quote was binding to them & that they could not change it if it was more expensive-which is apparently something other companies can do. Once he got me the quote (which I could review & esign!) I was shuffled along to my moving coordinator, Sherri. She was very nice & kept in contact with me
