At first it was a quick and easy install BUT after two weeks we discovered they installed the gate incorrectly. The bolts were not done right and now the fence door is sagging at an angle and you can’t open it from the inside. From the outside you have to pound your fist on the door to get it to open. Have tried to contact the company several times to fix it and have gotten no response.

We called them to get an estimate for gates on our three rental properties. We explained to them that we were too busy with meetings to meet in person, however if they could just send a rep for a quote we'd appreciate it. They said it was no problem. A rep did come by on July 18th to take a look with his tablet and all. We still haven't heard anything from them. It's just disappointing!

Needed to replace some parts to our stainless steel fence and add a new section so called to find out if they carried a matching sections.
The man I spoke to was friendly and gave me the price(s) per section and said that if I emailed over some pictures of the fence and a diagram of the area that needed to be fenced, he would send over an estimate.
I emailed the information over and never heard back. We even took a drive out to Kenner from Uptown to see the fence and he wasn't in the office like he said he would be.
Even though Arrow's prices were a little cheaper per foot than another
