Called and even on the phone he had a bad attidude. All i needed was the cable reattached and he came and refused to do it because i had a crack in the door. VERY bad attitude. I dont understand how he gets business with his rotten attitude. Thanks to another company, my garage door is fixed and working with no problems, even with the crack.. And from what i heard about Able and Eds, its not the first unhappy customer. Do not believe the good reviews. They are fake

Don't rely on this company to come out and do any work! Made me wait two days because they said they had to get the parts, then texted me to tell me after waiting those 2 days, to tell me they had to pick family up from the airport and would get back to me after the holidays! This is from Dec. 18! So now I'm supposed to sit around with a broken garage door for 8-10 days? NOT!!!

I had an issue with my opener and I spoke to Ed on the phone he tried to help me fix over the phone as he did not want to charge a service call if it was something easy, it worked. My neighbor needed a new door I told him to call, that day they came out and looked at the situation and they had him back up and running the following day. Great company 5 stars doesn't justify the service
