Went to get my gf Mustang washed at the new Edinburg location the other day came out to having scratches all over the vehicle, told manager Juan about it, he then wrote an indent report but told us “ I’m 99% sure it wasn’t from us “ yet the scratches are all across the vehicle. He called saying “ we had it before we got in the wash.” And sent a… email with a picture of it. It is a zoomed in picture of the area yet we don’t know if it’s from before or after the wash. Kinda disappointed in the manager for handling the situation saying it&rsquo
