I have had nothing but trouble finding out how to contact Douglas G. Demmert when having to pay a bill.
You CANNOT FIND A PHONE NUMBER THAT WORKS associated with his name in order to pay his fees. No way to run a business. He has no office and no personal number to call. Tried one that had his voice on it but he did not call back. Hopefully this will sink into someone's skull and have this corrected!
PS: They don't return phone calls when you finally get a number. I would not use this billing service.

Ann took us on as a new customer in 2000, had not done anesthesia billing, but quickly did all that was necessary to help us with all of our needs. Ann and her staff have always conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, especially when dealing with patients, offices and insurance companies. I will always be grateful for all they have done for me and will always consider them friends.

I hired Physicians Choice ten years ago after doing my own billing, and saw my receivables increase quickly and significantly. I have always been able to count on Bob and Ann Gott and their team to respond quickly to my concerns and to treat my patients with respect too. Thats a big deal to me.
