Dr. Luanne Murphy an amazing doctor u don't have to wait long and she remembers you as soon as she walks in the patient room if there something she don't understand she will def referred you to someone else she is one of those doctors yes she has a doctors degree but tell her what's really wrong she listens and don't look at you like ure crazy.

I didn't like the customer service. One of my pet peeves is someone speaking to me as if I'm stupid. For example, I asked if there was an enrollment/consultation fee prior to my 7 day program (like most clinics), and the service desk lady jokingly told me they didn't do aerobics there, but strongly encourage it. OBVIOUSLY the clinic is not a gym, so I'm not sure why she thought I said that. It felt like they didn't want me there. I'm sure they had things to say about me after I left. Overall, it was an awkward experience. Maybe your experience will be different.
