Watch out for the upcharges!! You only find out the REAL price when it is time to pick up the clothes. They arbitrarily decide to charge to dry clean items that manufacturer tag clearly mark as washable-- even if the customer asks for them only to be laundered. I see that others have complained of the similar issue with Sparkle Cleaners.

Sparkle's service is superior to any cleaner I have ever used. Their customer service is excellent. We had to have all our belongings cleaned after our house flooded and mold grew on everything! Ed and the folks at Sparkle were so very kind and helpful. When it came time to bring our clothes back the house construction was still not complete so Ed and his crew met me with two trucks at a storage place and helped me unload and hang every single item! This is service WAY above and beyond what you would expect. And here's the kicker: when it came time to finally move everything from the storage unit

The amazing staff at this location is much appreciated by this patron. Sparkle does an amazing job. It is well run and their customer service focus is top-notch. Do not patronize. I delivered 4 mens shirts to be laundered. Their advertised rate is 3 shirts for $8. I was shocked when I picked up the order and was charged $25. Clerk defended his action by stating "shirts are polyester and must be dry cleaned". This is a fraudulent statement. Polyester fabric is washable.
And to make the situation worse....they lost the fourth shirt. BEWARE!

I absolutely love this place! I struggled for years to find a good cleaner in Phoenix, and never did. They get stains out that I thought would be there forever. I've left cash in my pocket a couple of times, and they always return it. The best part.... GIL! This man is always so cheerful, and goes out is his way to make sure that I'm taken care of. When I stop by in the morning, he always starts my day with a big smile and huge good morning!

This has got to be the worst and most unprofessional cleaners i have been to. My fiance dropped off some of my work jeans to get repaired on a Thursday and was told that it would be ready for pick up on Tuesday, when she showed up they told her the items were not ready due to a death in the family. They told her to come back the next day and that we would receive 20% off for our trouble. She actually gave them an extra day and returned on Thursday a week after the initial drop off and was given the same story.
