Front Desk placed me in a smoking room with my family when the host confirmed it would be non-smoking. Another time I checked-in and the elevator in the Platinum Tower would not work to access my room floor. It took Maintenance ~1-2 hrs just to get it working. However when you are placed in the correct room and have access to it the hotel is clean and modern.

I had so much fun here..I was very impressed with there hospitality..My room was nice,and casino experience was fun..I ate at HRC,and also Ruth Chris..and the food was delicious. My 3 nights here were a blast. I enjoyed the motel and also the city of Biloxi..Hopefully the opportunity for Me to travel from Texas there will come again in the very near future 😀 😄 👍

Overall good experience. We did not do well at the casino but can't blame HR. Outdoor hot tub was good. The pho noodle restaurant by registration is excellent!!
One negative was the open concept glass bathroom area........hard to use the bathroom during the night without waking everyone in the room.
Room was looking worn out but beds and pillows were very comfy.

The entire hotel reaks of cigarettes. The elevator doesn't work so I had to walk up 7 flights of stairs in order to get to my room. The entire hotel but especially the rooms are VERY dated and worn. The "view" was of a parking lot. Overall not a good experience however the Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dunkin workers were excellent! I would choose another hotel for $300 a night. Definitely not worth it.

Impromptu date day! The staff is always super friendly. We walked in, played a few slots and then had an early dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. Steak Salad and Chicken wings. I will give them this, thet do not skimp on the wings. The wings have always been nicely sized. The salad was on point as well. Our server was top notch!
