I was referred to Dr. Roksar. He was immediately friendly and concerned with the pain I was having. His patience and concern was and still is admirable. More importantly was the knowledge and expertise in evaluating my condition. He examined me patiently and always asked how I was doing as he probed. He eventually extracted my tooth, eventually preparing to perform an implant in that area. His assistant as well demonstrated concern, care and professionalism. The office staff is also very pleasant and professional . it continues to be an excellent experience for me.

I have been a customer for almost a year, going to the their facility every 4 months. I had a cleaning performed here on 8/4/2021 which was not performed properly. My orthodontist caught the issue on 8/6/2021 and told me to ask them to go over the areas. Called 8/9/2021 and was told I would need to be recharged for services not satisfactorily done the Wednesday prior. So I changed Dentist's and will be taking the family members and friends I referred. Do not want them being taken advantage of either.

Best dental office ever.Dr Roksar is amazing.He made my crooked teeth so perfectly straight.I've always hated my smile but now I love it.I have had dental implants done by Dr Roksar as well.Perfect is how I describe the cleanliness,professionalism and amazing staff! I feel like it's so hard to find a good dentist these days but not any more!

My wife referred me to this office and Mirna the hygienist was absolutely wonderful very informative, professional and had a wonderful personality, which made my “first” visit very pleasant! The office really doesn't feel like a traditional dentist office, which is great. The office is really nice, it's clean and there are comfortable couches in the waiting area. Every member of the staff is wonderful. I have no complaints about the work itself that was done. They were efficient, but did their due diligence in treating me.

I have been searching for a good dentist for quite some time since I had a bad experience with my previous dentist. LI Dental took my dental plan and their office was convenient from my job so I took a chance. I had teeth cleaning, x-ray's, exam, etc. The front office staff was very friendly and professional. The dental hygienist was thorough and friendly. My dentist was Dr. Patricia Seo. It turns out I needed a root canal on a tooth that already had a crown on it and some other minor dental work. Bought a groupon for teeth cleaning at LI Dental Group. I am thoroughly disappointed by the service provided and have to write a post to warn others who are considering using this groupon.
First of, the hygienist who did the teeth cleaning was extremely unfriendly, impatient. She forced me to take an x-ray without explaining why this step is necessary or disclose the potential risks of taking teeth x-ray.

I fell and cracked my front cap and chipped the other front tooth. I could't get into see my regular dentist and called LI Dental Group, who understood how important it was for me to come in to see a dentist as soon as possible. Diana who took my call and greeted me was lovely and extremely courteous, Bradis, the Dental Assistant was excellent. He walked me through everything and made me feel as ease. Dr. Seo, was beyond professional. She is fantastic. I walked into the office a nervous wreak and left a completely different person. This is the dentist to go to. Outstanding experience

First off, the dental assistants and front desk staff are all amazing. My husband and I both had the best experiences with our teeth cleaning. thorough, didn't rush, talked through everything. Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist. Again, thorough with all of my root canal work and was very pleased. The only concern is his bedside manner. he just doesn't talk to you unless you directly ask him a question or else the assistant will respond on his behalf.

I dislike the dentist and avoid it at all costs. Dr. Roksar and his assistant Bradis were extremely thorough and walked me through everything. Bradis was very polite and had very good bedside manners. As for Dr. Roksar, he had very gentle hands and worked fast while making sure I was okay. Before he was done, he made sure I was happy and satisfied with the work he did. By far best dental experience I've ever had. Clean office. Friendly staff. Will be back. Thank you LI Dental Group!!
