Unless arranged or agreed upon, in writing, prior to shipment, carrier is not bound to transport a shipment by a particular schedule or in time for a particular market, but is responsible to transport with reasonable dispatch.

Just saw one of their trucks on 75N in Georgia. They have the American flag on the cab of the truck. On the passenger side they have the flag with union on the left. It is backwards. The flag never runs from anything. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

This company is completely unprofessional. They can not honor their agreements at all. They committed to send a driver to pick up at Hulsey three days prior, but not only could they not provide the service; they didn't notify me until the day of pick-up. If you care about your business, know that they don't.
