We offer occipital nerve blocks, facial blocks, trigger point injections, and botulinum injections for headache and neck pain. Migraine headache can present as a throbbing pain, but in chronic headache patients it could show as a low grade pain or even stabbing pain in the scalp, face, or behind the eyes.

Dr. Hall draws from 20+ years of experience treating multiple pain syndromes, focusing mostly on headache and neck pain. He was a pioneer in the use of Botox injections for head and neck pain and continues to use them successfully.
He incorporates other modalities and avenues of treatments, including providers for temporomandibular joint dysfunction, myofascial pain, facet driven pain to create a multidisciplinary approach to treating head and neck injuries and pain syndromes.Medications are utilized when appropriate but the focus is on utilizing other interventions to avoid regular medication use.

At the headache and neck pain clinic our focus is on patient care and multidisciplinary management of painful conditions. Over the years, we have helped many patients who have gone through treatments which have been unsuccessful and patients are told that there is nothing more available to them. This is often not the case.
Due to the constant changes in health care coverage, it is the patient's responsibility to determine what is covered by their insurance plan before seeking treatment. This includes all referrals and co-pays. We request 24-hour notice in case of a cancellation or to reschedule. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment, the doctors reserve the right to terminate care and/or charge for the missed appointment.

I have seen another Dr. For the past 5 years and have been unhappy. My very first visit with Dr Hall was phenomenal. He not only was so much more understanding, and actually listened to me, but he really helped my pain with targeted botox injections for my migraines. He didn't just Willy nilly inject the botox like my last Dr! He took the time to figure out where my pain was, where I needed the relief and my very first injection gave me more relief than I've had in YEARS. He is a lifesaver. I can't rave enough about him AND his staff. They are all amazing!

Dr. Hall has changed my life. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and he has been using BOTOX injections on me for about 10 years. The very first day after I got the injections I could tell the headaches were gone. It has gotten me back on the road to work and self-sufficiency. I highly recommend Dr. Hall and his highly competent staff to anyone I know.

Was scheduled an appointment at 7:00 am only to find no one show up until after 7:45 and was notified that my paperwork and entire file had been misplaced or placed inside someone else's file..... most unprofessional office staff I have ever run across... Don't even want to begin thinking how unprofessional the dr himself could be after meeting his staff

I feel Dr. Hall is a really humble and down to earth guy who will tell you just like it is and won't refer you it for unnecessary tests, exams, surgery, or imaging; whereas, other doctors just try to make more money off you. He is also very knowledgeable and great at explaining conditions which is very helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Halls for over 15 years after having sustaining
multiple injuries regarding a car accident. He was the only doctor I found
who would support and help me to get off the many medications over
prescribed by the many young and experimental doctors I had been to
previous to seeing him.
He is fantastic, calm and insightful. After having been prescribed as many
as 37 medications, I can gratefully say that as 12 years ago I have been drug free with the exception of migraine meds only taken when needed.
If you are patient interested in getting well, not just medicating
