I saw some good deals on their website so I figured I'd give them a shot. However, all the prices on their website are inaccurate and I ended up paying almost double what they listed on there. I showed them a coupon from their OWN WEBSITE and they WOULDN'T ACCEPT IT. I reported them to the BBB for false advertising. The service is slow. I watched multiple cars get serviced and be on their way while my car was just sitting there. After finally driving away I noticed I now have an airbag warning light turned on. Hopefully it'll turn back off once the seats are dry, but the car wash

I went this early afternoon to get my car washed. I did the deluxe exterior wash that was for $17. After getting home, I saw these watermarks on my car as pictured below. Not only that, but I left my side mirrors in which are automatic. The young man who was drying my car at the end of the wash, pulled my mirror out. Which he didn't know I'll give him that, but should've asked with hand gestures. Most likely won't be going back to the car wash.

I asked the lady that takes my money why your ours are wrong on the internet. She gave me some bs about having no control over that. As a business owner, Google constant emails me asking me to update my hours. Especially since covid. Overall I usually get good service though. My truck could be cleaner but I know the business seems short handed like a lot of business' which probably isn't their fault

Took our van here to get it cleaned before selling it. My husband explained what we needed done, they gave him a price. Picked it up and unfortunately he did not inspect it well before driving off the lot. It was awful!! things were not wiped down and the parts that were were left greasing and streaky. The leather seats were the worst. I had to clean it myself as when I called back just after getting it home I was told management was gone and would call me back the next day. No one called me back. I called again only to be told the same thing. They finally returned my call and offered me credit

Lots of time on the interior and details , great but when the car was in the sun it was full of soap markings and the girl came out and kindly wiped some of it of. Residue left from the wash and not drying and wiping the car right away. $26 is way much for this quality of job. She asked if I wanted to run through again and I said I have already been here long enough, no thanks. Once is enough for me. Only because I was at that end of town but definitely not again no matter what and do not recommend to anyone.

I went the other day to get a car wash for my girlfriend's car and the lady was very nice when she asked us which one we wanted. She was detailed and summarized the exterior wash options.
Went through the wash and they pressure washed the car before it went down the track. They spent a good 5 minutes on the front due to all the bugs. I wish it would have been more clear when to let go of the brakes since there was no lights indicating if the car was good to go and we didn't want to hit the workers.
The machines were pretty fast in cleaning the car.
Afterwards, a man and a lady wiped

Definitely my last resort for a car wash. Overpriced, the workers seem like they dont want to be here. First impressions are important and the girl who I paid was rude. There's no lights to tell you to move forward so you just need to look on your own. They dont dry it properly and there are 2 vacuums working out of about 20 spots. Only 2 are hooked up. You don't get an air freshener, no trash bag, no trash cans where you vacuum so you cant really clean there.

I'm very disappointed with this car wash I called to get help being in wheelchair bound and wanted to fill up my tank with gas plus wanting a car wash.
The lady who answer my call told me she wasn't able to help me I asked for her supervisor and no one was available. She didn't even try to ask someone to help me. I understood she couldn't leave the registers but she could have ask one of the other workers.
Very disappointed!! I drove here from Hanford.

This place is a joke. Came in for a hand car wash. Left without one. Attendant at tunnel had dropped something into the track and entire tunnel was shut down. I said "that that shouldn't be an issue for me because I'm here for a hand wash." She said she had no idea when I could get a hand wash. What? All the guys waiting for cars to come out of the tunnel wash that is now not working should be able to wash a car by hand. Attendant just laughed. I asked if there was a manager on site and was told that they didn't know if one was on site or not. Crappy, uncaring customer

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible Don't bother getting a car wash at Cypress car wash (Flyers gas station) at corner of Akers / Cypress. I paid $21 for a "full service" car wash. They added $1 for an oversized vehicle. I didn't think it would be a big deal to have the attendant unscrew my antenna, but I guess it now violates some policy. I drove through the car wash and got MAYBE enough soap to wash a baby's butt. The pre-wash should have been my first clue it was gonna be a bad wash. The attendant sprayed only one side of my car before the rollers pulled me forward. I exited

On a 30 day washing agreement we had rain for five days. I asked what there policy was about being close for those days and if i get a credit for that they said no. If it rains for15 days out of 30 for example you do not get credit for one day. That's there policy. They do not care about the customers. Can't wait to red crown opens back up.

I thought I'd give them another chance after one year. I pull in at 4:26. I pull I. To get car washed. The person taking info is sitting at a cart sipping on a soda a s having a personal phone conversation over the speaker on her phone. I open my trunk and request the full service wash. She states I Cantu ave that wash because she is not allowed to sale that wash after 4:30. I tell her it is not yet 4:30. She said she can't. I tell her that's fine I'll drive across town to go to Bonnemas and they won't turn away a sale. She said that's fine and went back to

Thier coupons have no expiration date and there is not other site listed. I turned around and left. Not willing to let them scam me into paying for thier services.
Go to Surf N Shine, a random gas station, buy a bucket and hose... Anything but here. This place is worse than a joke.

They are 0 for 2. First time I came in they wouldn't honor my coupon. The one I got from their website. They said they were hacked and the hacker posted old coupons hmmm... This time no one indicated that it would take 2 1/2 hours to have my carpet cleaned. After waiting in the heat, I got home to realize that everything was soaking wet and not really clean. It looked dirty and still smelled like the food that had spilled on it. I don't think they actually used any cleaner, just a lot of water. Also the car had water spots and the windows weren't clean.

Please boycott this facility. Their coupons on their website are not honored. I had an $11.99 coupon printed off the website and they said "we don't accept the online coupons anymore". I told the little man that they should update the website and take the old stuff off. He offered me the deal for $17.99, but no. It's not the money. They advertise falsely and that should be fatal to any business of any kind. You will regret going here with one of their BS coupons. Any company that does not honor what they have posted on their website should not be in business. Losers

This place is actually pretty decent. They have specials depending upon the day. They have a lot of different options that are priced what I would consider to be within the normal pricing range- but you can pay extra and get detailing done. I'm the kind of person who likes the option if I need it. They also have rain insurance - which is kind of neat.

It's call Speedy's Car Depot now. I had a mini detail done yesterday. Last year I had lost my valet key and was about to pay $300 to get it replaced but to my surprise and delight the person who detailed my car FOUND MY KEY! I wish I got the name of the person who did my car so I could personally thank him. I was there about 10:00 in the morning and I had the charcoal 2004 Honda Civic. If you can find out who it was, please thank him for me. I am very grateful to him😌😌
