In order to qualify for our Nissan Certified Pre-Owned, vehicles must meet certain criteria. I just wanted to take a moment and send a huge thank you to Herb at Faulkner Nissan!! I'm big on amazing customer service and from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle Herb and team made me feel comfortable and assisted with all my questions. As a woman in a car place it's easy to feel unclear or that you're being upsold but I didn't feel that way. Herb's customer service etiquette was great and that's hard to find these days! Just purchased my daughter’s car at the dealership: what a nice and pleasant experience! Gary Bederman, who helped us with the car went above and beyond, found the deal that made us happy, waited for us to come in when the dealership was about to close, showed us all car’s features, was polite and professional. Had a great experience at the service center, took my car in for a recall repair and was notified that there were a couple other recalls that needed to be addressed, so I was called a ride home, my car was ready the next day and they sent a car to pick me up. When I got my car back it was riding excellent and I even received a oil change, great service

I purchased my car in 2018, and I can attest that I have ALWAYS been blessed with exceptional service until this very day. I'm kept up to date on progress frequently. All service reps and technicians take time to hear my concerns, regardless of how small it is or who is assigned to servicing my car...their teamwork is amazing! There has not yet been a time when I was provided a vague response, which makes me feel very comfortable with their experience. I do not take my car anywhere else for servicing.
