The employees show extreme professionalism. The oral discussion is very courteous. All of the massages and exercises from the therapists are gentle and helping me on my leg. The heat and ice packs are put on by the nurse who is very diligent and in her work. The receptionists are great, they follow up every appointment.

What is manual therapy? Manual therapy is the foundation upon which minimizing pain and enhancing movement is built. These techniques reduce muscle guarding and restore impaired range of motion associated with injury or movement dysfunction. Our expertise lies in one-on-one care, including soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques for the spine and extremities.
Isokinetic exercises are resistance-based exercises that involve the use of special exercise equipment, which provides variable resistance to a movement and allows muscles to contract at constant speeds. This ensures, that no matter how much effort is exerted, the exercise movements take place at a constant speed.
Ultrasound gel is used on the surface of the head to reduce friction and improve the transmission of the ultrasonic waves. The sound waves that pass through the skin cause a vibration of the local tissues, which can cause a local heating effect though usually no heat will be felt by the patient. Ultrasound has been shown to cause increased tissue relaxation, local blood flow, and scar tissue breakdown.
Taping Therapy, sometimes also known as EFT, uses the ancient principles of Chinese acupuncture to address your feelings (especially the negative feelings) about issues you experience on a regular basis. For example: fears and phobias, sadness, anger, disappointment, frustration or nearly anything that interferes with your serenity.
Bell's palsy is a paralysis or weakness of the muscles on one side of your face. Damage to the facial nerve that controls muscles on one side of the face causes that side of your face to droop. The nerve damage may also affect your sense of taste and how you make tears and saliva. This condition comes on suddenly, often overnight, and usually gets better on its own within a few weeks.

I’ve been going to Dr. Nada since October 2020 to rehab a double disc replacement (c4/5 & c5/6). Early in my recovery I was going 3x a week and now I’ve tapered to 1x a week, so I’ve spent a lot of time at Mountain Therapy Center.
I’m so thankful I’ve been able to work with Dr. Nada. He’s super knowledgeable, progressive in his treatment and I feel great after each session.
Before my injury I was active, running, biking, boxing, cross fit, swimming, skiing, etc. I’ve had several injuries that required physical therapy and I feel I’m knowledgeable about good PT vs basic PT. Dr

Would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Vrushank Patel at Mountain Physical Therapy for helping my father to get back in shape. My father's posture has improved, he no longer uses a cane for ambulation and the level of pain in his leg has reduced drastically since he started physical therapy sessions with Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is a highly skilled professional who is very attentive to my father's needs and who does his job right every time/every visit! Words of praise to Dr. Nada and his staff for providing such an excellent care to their patients. I am really happy I found your office and just
