These guys wasted almost two weeks of my time. They had my metal design and were suppose to be sourcing the stainless steel. First they could not find the right thickness which is fine but they did not call me to let me know so I found out a week later when I called to check the status of the piece. About 4 days later I called again to check the status and they still had not begun because the couldn’t source the 316. This is all fine if I had received a call on their end to let me know but without that call I was waiting for nothing while another machine shop could have had it done.
