Disgusting. The employee said that they are exactly like Cupcakery - definitely not anywhere close to the Cupcakery. The inside smells like cigarettes and plastic. The cupcakes tasted exactly the way the inside smelled, we ended up throwing them away within minutes of leaving. My 5 year old didn't even eat his. Never again. Should have listened to the reviews.

I just tried to place a pretty large order over the phone for a company party this weekend. every question i asked, "can you deliver?" "can you make custom color frosting?" the young lady on the phone would "put me on hold" and ask someone else. The young lady couldn't even put me on hold correctly as I heard her giggling and and asking someone else every question I just asked. Then I was just hung up on. I am assuming they realized I could hear them laughing at their own incompetence.

The smell of cigarette / cigar smoke saturated everything in the store- I could smell it on me after leaving the store, the cupcake packaging smelled horrible with it and even the cupcake tasted like I was eating it. I will not be going back. I used to really like the cupcakes here but the permeating smell was too much.

Ok I used to come here all the time when it was Cupcakery which literally had some of thee best cupcakes in town and then it was sold and the cupcakes went from great to good, now I don't know if they were sold again or not I believe they were because the cupcakes are now horrible! I'm sorry. I hate leaving bad reviews but I MUST BE HONEST! For $40 for a dozen cupcakes the actual cake is HARD AND DRY AND SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR A WEEK OR LONGER! Called the store and 2 different occasions asking about a sugar free cake and was told they have 2 and they are first come first serve. The second time my husband called to make sure the cake was still there before driving across town to get it, and was told it is still there. Upon my husband arrive to pick up the cake he was told there are no sugar free cakes, those have to be ordered ahead of time. It’s really sad when employees give false information the customers and cause them to waste their time due to not knowing and not caring enough to figure it out. Highly disappointed and will NOT

Caked Las Vegas made a beautiful 3 tiered cheesecake wedding cake for our wedding. It was stunning and tasted delicious. Loved the decorations with the gold ribbon and the live flowers. We also bought some mini individual cakes all differently decorated in gold and white, that were just gorgeous and tasted fantastic. Service was great. Communication awesome. Cake tasting was great. Could not have been happier.

The service was fine and they appearance was good, but the taste was terrible. We had cookies and cream, a peanut butter creation, some birthday variants, and a strawberry type. I have four kids and they all complained and said it tasted like hand sanitizer. They're strange cupcakes.
I won't go back but maybe it's a taste issue. I didn't have a bad experience, just a bad taste.

I ordered my wedding cake through cakedlv since they were referred to me by my venue. I thought everything was great from the cake tasting to the email communication until my day of the wedding when i received my wedding cake in PINK! :( My theme color was gold! so I had ordered my cake to be white with a gold middle tier. We went over ALL the details of each tier from the decorations, color, cake flavor, and cake filling, and even specified about the diamond belt that went around two of the tiers (which they also got wrong). I can honestly say i was very disappointed to walk in and see a PINK

When I walked into this bakery, it had a terrible overpowering odor of stale cigarette smoke and musty men's cologne/air freshener. I felt sick smelling it through my mask.
It was a bizarre odor for a bakery. It was so bad that when I got outside, the paper bag that they put the cupcakes had the smell in the paper! I could even smell it in my hair!
The cupcakes were strange-hard, dense and dry-I believe there was not enough leavening? The frosting was too sweet-and I like extremely sweet food.
I don't know what's going on there but I'll never go back...

Ordered delivery of a dozen cupcakes. Picked out the 12 I wanted, gave them the address and submitted the form. They responded quickly, said they could do it and asked how I wanted to pay. They offer Zelle, Venmo and will also send a link to pay by credit card. Very easy and seamless ordering. I paid the bill and that was it.
Cupcakes were delivered according to the instructions I left and everyone loved them! They were really yummy. Regular size cupcakes with amazing stuff on top!

My daughter purchased Sesame Street themed cupcakes and a cake for my grandson's first birthday party.. The decorating of the cupcakes was nicely done but the cupcakes were very old and the frosting was tasteless.

I went to pick up my cake today. I had arrangements to get it at 9 AM. I walked inside and the staff didn't know what size box to put the cake in. Upon getting all that figured out I realized that the lettering was messed up. I did not have time to wait around for it to be fixed but it was already refrigerated with the Writing messed up. The top of the cake also had fingerprints and some markings on the top. The side of the cake was beautiful but it just was missing some attention to detail. The cake was $170 so I would expect the cake and the checkout process would be more fluid.

Found Cakedlv on yelp. I sent an email on 4/30/21 with pictures asking if they would be able to make my sons graduation cake. I quickly received an email back stating they did not get the attached pictures. I instantly emailed back again with pictures attached. On 05/04/21 after not getting a response, I stopped by the store and the girl behind the counter took pictures of the cake I was requesting to be made and stated she would text them to the owner and he would reach out to me. I was a dama at a recent quinceañera and everything went as planned until a hour before the quince we were waiting for the arrival of the cake, called Caked Las Vegas to see if they're running a little behind schedule and they say they don't have an order for us.....what?!
This owner seems to respond quicker to poor reviews than actual customers needing a response, considering we called several times and got no answer. Ordered 2 cakes for my sons 1st Birthday.

I reached out via email, explained what I wanted and when, customer service was very pleasant and I ended up immediately choosing Caked before even hearing back from the rest of the companies I reached out to for quotes because I had good cakey vibes! (plus the website and Instagram was very reassuring)
#1 cake- Was a custom dino cake and the dino was edible, not a toy... we chose cinnamon vanilla swirl with dulche de leche filling. This cake was beautiful! It was exactly what I had hoped for and it tasted really delicious

Incredible experience from start to finish! Ricardo, the owner, was very responsive to my emails and worked quickly to collaborate with me on a design for my mom's birthday (chocolate cake, chocolate frosting, and vanilla buttercream w/ cookie crumble filling). The finished product exceeded our expectations, both in taste and appearance! Would wholeheartedly recommend this bakery to others -- and I'm sure I'll be back myself!

After the first cake shop was not going to meet the deadline I called Caked. They were so helpful on what was really short notice. They are professional and collaborated with my husband and myself creating the perfect idea for our little girls birthday cake.
The Caked crew will listen to what you are trying to achieve and get details just right.
They can be a little pricey but their service and for what they can deliver makes it all worth it!

This place used to be the cupcakery. I'm not a game anymore. We used to come just for the southern belle cupcake but the recipe has changed. The cupcakes they have on display weren't the cupcakes they actually give you. The person helping us was not very friendly and seemed like we were an inconvenience.

Absolutely loved this place. Their cakes are fantastically looks and also deliciously tastes good. My first time in here and I was impressed by how their cake are well and beautifully decorated. Love it and I would definitely would go back for more. The price is fair! The cashier was friendly and well educated on her cakes! Love it!
