The room was absolutely clean and spotless, and pet friendly! The employees were pleasant and helpful. There were nice benches outside the rooms with ashtrays to accomodate smokers. Nice!.

Outdated rooms and area is kinda sketchy and management does not allow visitors to your room being one of a couple local hotels this would mot be my first choice..

Filthy. I stayed 15 minutes. When i entered the restroom and got attacked by 10+ flies, i checked out. After offering to spray the flies and informing me i was in the county and flies were to be expected, and after much back and forth conversation, the manager refunded me the room rate less $10 (for cleaning- lol). The pics are of the chairs in the room. I opted to sleep in my car rather than that filth.

This little jewel of a spot is run by Fannie and her fabulous family. Price is very reasonable and they have been updating all the rooms.

Great little hotel in the middle of downtown Colusa, California. Reasonable rates, decent size room with a fridge, and microwave. Friendly Employees/Owners. will stop there again if in the area. Check them out if you get a chance.
