Cornerstone Villa's staff provides short- or long-term skilled nursing care for those who need a high level of medical care, such as wound care, medication management and monitoring, insulin injections and sliding scale insulin, medical monitoring and treatments. Typically, people who need transitional care are working to overcome a health setback, such as illness from a chronic disease; surgery, a joint replacement, or an injury.
Assisted living at Cornerstone Villa allows seniors to live independently while having the comfort of a safe, caring environment. Our bright, private rooms can be decorated to your tastes so you feel at home. Residents have access to our 24/7 on-sight LPN/RN nursing staff to assist with medical needs, such as medication administration including injections, transfer assistance including the use of mechanical lifts, and special diet accommodations.
Cornerstone Villa offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services so you can get back to living the life you love. Physical therapists at Cornerstone Villa work with patients to regain their strength and balance so they can safely return to everyday activities, prevent falls, improve their range of motion and reduce pain.
We were lucky to have Cornerstone Villa as an option. The staff there are attentive and kind. They value my brother's interests and preferences and provide individualized care that provides him with natural and supportive experiences. It's a long drive for me to get there, but it is more than worth it for the care he receives.
