Founded in 1950 and incorporated in 1955, we have developed an extensive record over the years in heavy civil, highway, utility, and site construction. Treatment Plants (including concrete, process piping, and mechanical equipment installation). Our staff includes two civil engineers (one with PE license), and one registered full-time surveyor.

Astec M - Pack Drum Plant - 270 ton/hour, with 4 storage silos (3 with a capacity of 150 tons and 1 with a capacity of 200 tons). Storage silo cones are hot oil jacketed. Our shale pit is located in a formation of brown "Martinsburg Shale". The Martinsburg formation is predominantly gray to dark shale, yellowish in the upper portion.
Our Safety Program, which is overseen by a full-time Safety Officer, embodies the prevention of accidental injury, occupational illness, and property damage. All company employees, whether field or administrative, are expected and required to conduct their work in a safe manner and to comply with the Safety Program.
