Highland Acres is a former Shorthorn cattle ranch which was home to a herd of 70 or more cattle for decades. The property has been preserved for agriculture use and to support numerous species of wildlife and natural forest lands. Relax or entertain outside in the spacious, private fenced-in backyard complete with a swimming pool.

My husband and I have had the opportunity to stay with Fernwood Circle Guesthouses for the past two years. After many years of him working in Corvallis for the Christmas tree harvest we were tired of the pricey hotels, or very subpar hotels to save some money. This year we stayed at Redtop place and it far surpassed our expectations. It was so nice to have a place to cook and relax with our toddler while he was working. I travel a lot for work. Often times I'll stay at vacation rentals or AirBnBs when my stints are longer than a few days, and none of the places I've stayed in the U.S. compare to this home. It was so very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Check in and check out were easy. Instructions on how to connect to wifi, as well as cleaning protocols were easy to access from several places in the house. We stayed in the fall, so we weren't able to use the outdoors, however, the backyard was immaculate and looked like the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue and relax. Our 3-day stay Redtop Place two weeks ago was a wonderful experience. (The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and it is a 10 min drive to the heart of Corvallis.) The house, and the kitchen in particular, is extremely well appointed and we wanted for nothing. The family room is cozy with a great fireplace, and the master bedroom and bath check off all the right boxes. We cooked to our heart's content in the spacious kitchen. My wife and I stayed at Redtop Place with other friends for a birthday celebration.
We selected Redtop because it was new and because we have stayed at Fernwood Circle Properties in the past and have always been impressed.
Redtop Place was spotless and well appointed.
The kitchen was spacious for entertaining.
It even had an Instant Pot that we did not get a chance to use, but a great amenity.
The kitchen needs more serving dishes and tools for entertaining, but I trust that Alexandra will dial in this property like all the others.
The most favorite part of the property, for us, is the backyard

What a gift! My husband and I just returned from a first rate stay with Fernwood Circle Guest Houses. The "Garden Cottage" was spotlessly clean, which made for complete comfort during our stay. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The cottage and neighborhood is very quiet and serene. Alexandra made sure we always had fresh fruit and cereal. She was available for any questions we might have had about the area. My husband and I will be relocating to Corvallis in the near future. Alexandra couldn't have been more helpful. She offered her assistance in anyway she could during our search

Out stay at the Estaview Terrace with Fernwood Circle Guest Houses, was by far better than any regular hotel. At first, we were amazed by the beautiful view of the backyard, including the deer that walk by, and the lovely neighborhood.
The setup is very spacious and comfortable, it feels like you are at home. The beds were very comfortable and the new Pillow Talk amenity was awesome and fun to try out! Everything is very clean and neat. Many toiletries are provided, and its a very relaxing place.
We look forward to coming again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Fernwood Circle Guest Houses. We were able to have the whole house to ourselves, but if others were staying there, each room is private with a lock and has it's own accessible bathroom. The accommodations are well appointed and very comfy and cozy. The owners are also very nice and accommodating. I personally met Alexandra, and she is very gracious. This place will not disappoint!

Everything about my stay at Fernwood Circle was perfect. Alexandra was a kind and gracious host who made me feel as though I had been invited by a dear friend to visit. She was attentive to every detail of my stay and made herself available for questions and some great conversation! The home was completely accessible and comfy. It was a soothing, quiet and calm respite for me after 6 weeks of traveling. The kitchen was impeccably organized and perfectly stocked. While visiting my family in Corvallis, I had the pleasure of staying the entire month of January at Fernwood Circle. It was a very pleasant experience.
The house is nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. My bedroom was large, included a walk in shower, a great bed, and very quiet.
There is a full kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room.
Fernwood Circle is located close to town, OSU, and numerous stores and restaurants.
The rate was a value when compared to the other alternatives available.
