Red Stick Fleet Services offers "on-site" truck and trailer repairs and maintenance. This means that we can perform almost all service and maintenance on your fleet vehicle while it is on the jobsite. Servicing the truck or completing the regular preventative maintenance right on the spot! So there is no need to bring the vehicle into the shop.
I had to stop for some routine maintenance so I just Googled mobile mechanic near me and that's when I found Red Stick Fleet Services. They came out quickly to where I was, ran diagnostics, and did all my routine maintenance. The guy was very professional and friendly. It was a big relief to be back on the road not worrying about the check engine light or my AC going out in this HEAT!
Changing the oil shouldn't be that hard, right? Wrong. Hundreds of things could go wrong while you are attempting an oil change - hot oil could burn you, you could bust your knuckles while trying to unscrew the oil filter or a jack could slip causing FATAL wounds. What motor oil is right for my vehicle?

DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.
I had an issue with the truck shifting from low gears to high. My driver made it to their shop and they came after hours to look at (after hours road services call). You have to pay them upfront for service call and minimum two hours $308.50 (see photos). They told me it's range solenoid. After replacing range solenoid it didn't' fix the issue. They told me it's transmision. Driver stayed on their parking over the night and in the morning they told me the transmission needed to be replaced and they will charge me $1867.48 for labor. They had hard time to find the transmision

These guys are stellar. I manage audio visuals for live concert tours and we had a leaf spring snap on a 7' x 14' tandem axle trailer just outside Port Allen, LA. I googled Red Stick and called them based on their location and reviews. Their dispatch was quick to answer even though I was calling before they were open and they even started their day a bit early at 6:00a to meet my driver at the break site. They assessed the situation, communicated the repair needs to me (back in Los Angeles) and got the job done quick. We were able to go from broken to back on the road in 4 short hours. Our situation
