At SIO we offer a variety of nonsurgical and surgical treatments to provide pain relief and improved function. Our state-of-the-art nonsurgical treatments include physical therapy, bracing, injection therapy, and pain management to physical therapy. During physical therapy, our skilled professionals assist patients in restorative exercises to improve muscle strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
When surgery is required, we take the least invasive route possible, frequently performing operations arthroscopically. Arthroscopic surgery has the advantage of being minimally invasive since it takes place through very small incisions. This reduces the risk of excessive bleeding, shortens recovery time, and lessens postsurgical pain and scarring.

The doctor didn’t even look at me or give a thorough examination of my knee injury. He claimed it was just bruising and didn’t require any additional testing, against what the urgent care advised. He told me to come back in a week…. For what, if it’s just bruising.
I went to another orthopedist the same day and they gave a thorough examination, rewrapped my leg and advised me to get an mri because they think it’s a torn acl.
Maybe he had an off day coming back from a holiday weekend…. Regardless I won’t be returning.

With the exception of one nurse and the billing lady everyone else is really nasty and unprofessional. Starting with the two uneducated receptionist that won’t even answer a good morning yet talk over you. The doctor spent less than two minutes on my consultation, took a glimpse of my injury, ordered some tests without explaining or asking me- the patient anything, then walked out the room without saying goodbye, not to mention he didn’t introduce himself or welcome a new patient in . Very rude and obviously only cares about getting money. I’m unsure how he has good reviews. Perhaps his friends

In 2002, I had a torn meniscus, and it was repaired by Dr. Eric Freeman. For 16 years, I was able to walk , without any hindrance or pain. Then, on March 18, 2018, I had another, meniscial tear. So, I drove over 300 miles to visit, Dr Eric Freeman. And once again, he did an exceptional job in repairing my knee. Dr. Freeman is the only orthopedic surgeon that I will allow to operate on my knee. Thank you Dr. Eric Freeman
